Liability for the contents
As service provider, we are responsible according to Article 7 paragraph 1 of the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG) for ensuring that our own contents on this site comply with the general legislation. According to Articles 8 to 10 of the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG), however, we are not responsible as a service provider for monitoring transferred or stored information of third parties or for researching circumstances that suggest an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with generally valid laws shall remain unaffected. Our liability in such cases shall only commence at the time we become aware of the respective violation. Once we become aware of such legal violations we undertake remove the respective contents immediately.
