The COR is a variable speed, brushless, DC-controlled centrifugal water pump designed specifically for aquariums to be smart, energy efficient, incredibly quiet and incredibly powerful for its size.
APEX NOT REQUIRED!
COR-20 does not require Apex to work. If you don't already have Apex, don't worry, most of its functionality is accessible via buttons and an LED interface on its driver. However, plug it into an Apex and it becomes the smartest and most versatile aquarium pump on the market today!
COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY APEX PUMP
All COR pump models are fully compatible with any Apex system on the market. Simply connect the COR pump driver to any available AquaBus connection on your Apex system and then run the setup task in Apex Fusion. It is so simple!
HUGE POWER CONSUMPTION The RATIO COR-20 extinguishes a large flow, while being super-stingy on power makes it a wallet-friendly and environmentally friendly solution! Be sure to connect the COR-20 to the largest pipe diameter for maximum performance. We recommend at least 1.25 inches
ADVANCED MANAGEMENT
While no Apex connection is required, COR was built from the ground up with Apex manageability in mind. Connect COR to Apex and monitor your pump output percentage, get real-time pump feedback, integrate it into complex flow routines, and monitor your pump status from anywhere with Apex Fusion.
EASY INSTALLATION
Plug in the plumbing, plug the COR into the driver and plug into the power outlet. With just a few keystrokes, you can set the pump flow rate and flow modes. If you connect it to Apex, a setup task guides you step-by-step through the entire installation process.
WHISPER-DRIVE TECHNOLOGY
COR uses the latest in vector control, BLDC motor technology. This drives the COR pump with low energy consumption and almost no vibration or noise.

OBSTACLE DETECTION
Snails, filter mats, or other foreign objects often enter the pump. If the entrance to your COR or any of your plumbing systems becomes significantly blocked, the COR will alert you by flashing an LED on the driver. When COR is connected to Apex and the Internet, it will also send an alert to your mobile device.
INTERNAL TEMPERATURE MONITORING Actuator
pump constantly monitors the internal temperature of the COR pump motor. If it reaches an unsafe level, the driver will slow down pumping just enough to bring the temperature to an acceptable range, and will also provide you with a notification. Some pumps will shut off completely when they have a temperature problem, but the COR slows down, so your tank will continue to circulate, giving you time to fix the problem.
IQ-LEVEL
Set the desired output level for your aquarium and overflow capability and the COR will remember this and make it "100%" for your aquarium. If the power is to be cut off, it will always revert to the memorized setting when restarted. In addition, in delivery modes, the water will not completely pump back. This prevents the belching and blistering that usually occurs when the pump is switched on in reserve.
FEEDING MODE
With a few clicks of buttons (offline) or a simple tweak in Apex Fusion, you can set a delivery mode that will slow your pump down to whatever level you choose. When connected to Apex, you can even have a different tank sequence with this feed mode, and you can also adjust the time interval of the feed mode. When connected to the Apex, the COR driver buttons also function as an easy-to-use feed button.
INCLUDED fittings COR is supplied complete with all required fittings for most aquarium configurations (0.75 "outlets, 1.0" inlets). But we've also included a 1.25 '' outlet so you can connect the pump in a way that minimizes head loss. Route the main return line through 1.25 "and get the full potential of the COR pump - up to 50% or more of the flow!
